OUR HISTORY
Meet the man behind the logo and the businesses…Teddy Staggs! He was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas; graduating class of 2004. After graduation, Teddy attended University of North Texas. Shortly after, he moved back to his roots and Teddy has his daughter, Harper, who is his “entire world” and his “mini me in every way”.
As she grew older, he decided to invest in their lives with a new business venture, T.E.S. Management, LLC.
T.E.S. Management is a management company that covers Texas Serenty Outdoors & Construction, LLC. and Top Strung Holiday & Event Lighting. Two companies that continue to grow locally, as well as across the entire DFW area.
Between the companies; they sponsor Harper’s softball team that Teddy coaches and volunteers for. They also sponsor his daughter’s Junior Dragster car. The companies collectively have a partnership with Texas Roadhouse in Mansfield. Teddy is always wanting to be more involved in the community; including partnering and supporting other local businesses. So whenever and wherever he can, that’s what he loves to be involved with.

Christmas Lights
I have been using Teddy and Top Strung for a few years now to hang my Christmas Lights. They are the most meticulous company you will find. They take their time and measure everything out to insure they are all even. They are in constant communication on installation and take down dates and are always on time. The price is very reasonable compared to a lot of companies that do inferior work. I will definitely call them if I am in need of other services as well.

Christmas lights AND a new fence AND trim painting
Teddy has been doing our Christmas lights for several years so we already knew how easy he was to work with and how professional and communicative he is. He was our obvious choice when we decided to do a new fence and have our trim painted. Our fence is done and it looks amazing! We are so pleased with the result. He is doing our trim painting as soon as the weather cooperates and we know the work will be top notch!

From the moment we met him to the very last piece of the project, he has been honest, professional, gave us excellent advice on how best to achieve what we needed. We hit several snags with city permits due to city’s issues. Teddy stuck it out with us as we jumped through the various hoops the city put before us. He walked us through the steps and got the job done! We are so pleased with our new pergola and look forward to working with him in future jobs.
New Roof
After the spring storms we needed a new roof. Teddy was amazing to work with. He explained the process & was extremely knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. I was most impressed that he came to the house when the insurance adjuster came. Teddy went up on the roof with the adjuster so he could be our eyes & ears. Teddy truly does do what is best for his customer. His customer service is second to none. We now have peace of mind knowing that we have a beautiful roof that will last us for many years to come.
